Overall, this is my team's favorite social poster. It is both easy to use and is very quick responding to help requests (within seconds). I think this is a great deal. There was an issue in the summer that required us to re-login to all the twitter accounts, not once but twice (we are talking about dozens of accounts). That was a pain and seemed like a security issue on the app side, which seems to have been resolved since. Any software and any company can have a glitch. However, even with that issue this is the best social media poster we've gotten at this great deal, which is why I purchased more codes today.
