You can not relly on this buggy tools for your serious business

I’ve been using this tool for several months, but I’ve faced several issues. Some of my scheduled posts didn’t publish on time and remained stuck in processing. At times, even posts I tried to publish directly didn’t go live.

There was also an instance where I published a post with an image, but the image didn’t appear on my Facebook post, even though it showed correctly on LinkedIn. Because of these issues, I often have to manually handle tasks, which makes the tool unreliable.

This has negatively impacted my branding, which is very concerning. Considering the maturity of this tool, such issues are not acceptable. Based on my experience, I would say that serious businesses cannot fully rely on this tool.

I’ve faced these problems multiple times, which is why I’m giving it a 1-star rating. Additionally, the human support feels quite slow in responding.

Hi Rifat, sorry you experienced those issues. The stuck in processing issue has been resolved and posts are now going out fine. We invested $100k in a refactoring project and part of that was moving from 29 CPU-crushing cron jobs to Kubernetes Workers that just work better. We switched to those a few days ago and it took until this morning to optimize it. Now our CPU load is one half of what it was. Everything we are doing is to prepare Sociamoinals for the AI era. We plan to launch an API, but we couldn't on the old platform. Rebuilding it has been a challenge, but this was the last 'big' migration. We might be the only Lifetime Deal that invests as aggressively as we do in our platform. I have no doubt that we could have provided a smoother past few months if we just remained on the old infrastructure, but then we wouldn't be prepared to scale like we're planning to when we offer the most cutting edge API on the market so we can power n8n/make/zapier/clawbot integrations and AI workflows. We still have some code refactoring to do, so I can't promise that there won't be missteps along the way, but we stand behind the product. Anyway, thank you for sharing your point of view on this, I hope you don't mind that I've shared mine too. Cheers, and good luck in what comes next for you.

Craig
