We get a lot of questions about our Agency Dashboard and Workspaces, so let me address that upfront.

A Workspace is a complete Sociamonials account that is part of an Agency Dashboard, so employees of your agency can have a single sign-in and switch between accounts with detailed permissions for each Workspace granted at the user level. Your campaign entry and social profile limits are pooled across all your Workspaces.

You can access the Agency Dashboard as long as you have 2 or more codes.

Once you have 5 or more codes, you unlock the white label feature of the Agency Dashboard. This allows you to fully brand the software as if your agency built the tool in-house. You get a free custom domain and custom email SMTP for the software. We just made it so your agency domain/SMTP will also be used for the campaign domain and email notifications too.
