Hello, I am a bit confused between white labeling feature that's mentioned in the higher tiers and the custom domain that requires extra $95/domain. Also, in a recent YouTube video you explained the Agency CRM which costs something above $40, so how this new feature relates to white label and custom domain? I think you should dedicate see content to address the agency's benefits, reselling and white labeling.

    Hello!

There are two different custom domains we offer. One is a custom campaign domain, and one is a custom domain used to access the software. For a $95 one-time fee you can unlock a custom campaign domain for life. For example, if you run a viral sweepstakes, it would use your domain instead of ours.

The other domain can only be obtained by buying 5 or more codes. This gets you our White Label Agency. You will have your own domain, colors, logo, fonts, it will be like it is your own software from the view of your clients. This domain will also be used in campaigns across all of your client workspaces too, so you don't have to pay the $95 one-time fee if you buy 5 codes.

The YouTube video discussing the Agency CRM add-on is a new product we recently launched that helps people who want to use our product to start a business of their own. You can setup your own pricing plans and connect your Stripe account and have your own SaaS business and Social Agency for $49/mo. We even provide the marketing website, training, and a free workspace for you to use to promote your agency/SaaS. We are working on a landing page for that product, for now you can access it inside of our product by going to the Agency Dashboard and clicking the Agency CRM tab. 5 codes are also required before you can subscribe to this add-on.

Good question. It means that you need the the 5 Codes initially to even be eligible to subscribe to the add-on by paying the $49 monthly.

Thanks Craig for your clear answers. However, I also need to make sure that I understood your last sentence: (5 Codes also required to access the subscription) does that mean I don't need to pay the $49 monthly if I purchase 5 Codes OR it means I need initially the 5 Codes to be eligible to subscribe to the add-on by paying the $49 monthly?
