I am confused about number of users like if I buy 5 codes so does it means I can add 3 users in 1 workspace which is 15 total number of maximum users across 5 workspace or I can add only 3 users in all 5 workspace? Also, if I buy agency pro for 20 Account then how many users I can add in a workspace is it limited or I can control the number of users for my clients.

Each workspace will be able to create a maximum of 3 subusers who can log in independently and have their own workflow and permissions. It is not pooled with other workspaces in your Agency Dashboard, so even if you have the 20 Workspace AgencyPro plan you would still only get 3 max for each workspace. You can add individual users for $10/mo. at any time within the workspace settings and then cancel any time. The other option for larger clients who need more users is the Enterprise upgrade, which expands it from 3 to 30 subusers.
You can control the number of subusers if you have AgencyPro. For example, create an entry-level Pricing Plan and only allow 1 user max. Then it would encourage them to upgrade to one of your higher plans which allows 2 or 3 subusers.
Note that I use the term users and subusers interchangeably, because some platforms call it subusers. Users/Subusers are the same thing.
