Q: I find hard to understand: 1 workspaces,3 users - this is a bit impractical in my thinking, first of all - if ...

1 workspace allows 30 social links, all these 3 users will get to see all profiles of course with some restrictions. My question is this - what if i have 5 different businesses to manage their social profiles and each haveing 3 social platforms... it will be 15 uses. Can I make all 5 separate login access without getting displayed others profiles. and how do i do it. I tried but all profile gets displayed in all that is stupid. Why plumber should see attorneys profile under their login?

A: Hello!

If you want to allow each client to have their own login where they can view 24/7 reporting on only their properties, you would need to purchase 5 codes. Each code unlocks an additional separate workspace. The added bonus with having 5 codes is that you will unlock White Label, so it will be fully branded as your software.

There is a way to serve multiple clients in a single workspace, but there are limitations. One of the limitations is the situation you are facing. If you are giving login access to the client, it always makes sense to buy separate codes. However, if you are willing to periodically run reports for them and distribute them via email, we have an article that shows you how to manage multiple brands/clients in a single workspace: https://help.campaign3.com/article/577
