The only thing that works is scheduling. The rest do not work at all e.g. the post writing and group posting. They say 'Facebook no longer allows any tools to post to Groups and we just created a workaround using our free mobile app.' However, you still need to add caption, photos, videos etc manually and post manually one by one! So this workaround is a false!

I purchased this deal in 2021 and used it extensively during the first 2 years. It's one of the few products that has remained reliable, consistently delivering monthly updates. Unlike many AppSumo deals, this one lives up to its promise.

The support team was responsive, resolving every bug I encountered in a timely manner.

I've moved away from using social media software products, as I had several issues with them. But for anyone looking for an affordable solution for social media management with automated posting and viral giveaways, Sociamonials is a trustworthy company.

True Story : Initially, I was not fully convinced of SociaMonial. There were too many functions and I didn't feel tempted to explore everything. So, I played with other SMM for some time.
After experiencing the limitations of these tools, I decided to take another look at SociaMonials.

Of cause, there are many features and functions available in SociaMonials - but they absolutely make sense after understanding how to apply the full set in your marketing strategy. Even if not utilizing each and every option immediately, it is just super convenient to have everything in one place.

Onboarding is supported by videos and help documents. Support is super responsive and comes up with clever solutions e.g. if an APIs of social platform is unexpectedly changing. There is a comprehensive roadmap in place. Improvement of features like social listening and reporting are planned and will make the deal even more valuable. The founder is highly involved and that for a long time already.

The LTD packages contain everything required to work smoothly. Although disliked by some, I also like their upgrade offer to pay a very small annual fee to expand the capabilities of the system. Such will contribute to the sustainability of SociaMonials.

Overall, and in comparison with other top contenders in the SMM market (e.g. Buffer, Publer, MetriCool, ContentStudio, VistaSocial, NueLink, etc.), the SociaMonials LTD is a highly attractive and absolutely appealing offer.
I'm aware that this will be "just another" top review in 2024, but considering the outdated criticism expressed in some 2020/ 21 contributions, it is necessary to counterbalance the old information with some current input. In the fast-paced market of SaaS products it is truly remarkable that SociaMonials continues to evolve and innovate.

I'm obviously happy with my purchase.

My main requirements for my agency in a social media management platform were scheduling, post approvals, mobile app and white label option. Socialmonials ticked each box and delivered far more than I would have expected. This is after demoing every other tool that claimed to check those boxes but did not do all 3 well.

What makes Socialmonials even better is the campaign and lead tracking aspect, not to mention the AI toolbox. When I had concerns or questions, Craig the founder was quick to respond and exceeded my expectations in each encounter. This tool integrates perfectly into my agency's tech stack and I couldn't be any happier.

Onboarding new clients has been easy to implement and since I started I've been using the platform every day.

Get Socialmonials, you will not be disappointed.

Cons:
- Loging in is confusing, as it gives you a username, to login with but to reset your password you have to use your email, this makes the entire login process confusing, just allow people to login with both.
- Social Media login issues: Our comapny has 6 Instagram accounts, the issues I have been having is loging into them without loging into facebook, because they aren't connected to a facebook account. So I have only been able to Login to one of them.
- Instagram Limits, doesn't allow me to do collaberations
- We have 2 Youtube & 5 Tiktok Accounts, only lets us post on 1 of each at a time which is a bit frustrating, as it defets the purpose of the software itself!
- Tiktok after about a week of set up it is asking for "* Re-authentication Required" almost every few days.

Overall good, but hope that at least some of these suggestions are taken into consideration.
