I sent an email to the address given they sent me a link to what I was told a invite to a demo to help, the form asked for email full name phone number zip code

I filled in the form think the next page would allow me to set a date and time, when in fact it sent nothing just refreshed took my data and I have not even had a email regarding a demo after I filled in the the form feels like phishing.

When I first got my membership its only a LTD level one I was able to schedule Pinterest posts that is the main reason why I signed up but now I am unable to do that.

The platform doesn't feel finished and what is going on?
