The website is not able to log in now, a scammer, run away with dirty money.

I purchased this tool. Took some time get set up. Was using it then one day the log in page disappeared. A few hours later it came back but I couldn't get logged in.

It just kept saying there was an error.

Waiting for a reply related to getting logged in.

We have bought several Appsumo products before and so far it's been good.

However, Socioboard has not been clear with their description of their plans/ features. We bought the tier 2 with 100 members. But when we add new team members, we are asked to pay monthly charge for each member?

This was not stated. And when we check with Socioboard, the response is "oh you want to terminate, so be it".

horrendous experience thus far

I bought Socioboard back in December. As part of the activation process, Socioboard is supposed to send a verification email. I did not receive that email. I made numerous attempts to get in touch with them about this issue. Finally, they responded and said they would look into it. It has been over a month since I made my purchase and I still do not have access to Socioboard. It is nice to see others having a positive experience with the platform but my experience thus far has not been positive. The slow response time also concerns me for future support.

Is there any way to turn this off, or should I endure this every 5 seconds?
I will rate you but it does not go 5 minutes after the Starting!
