horrendous experience thus far
I bought Socioboard back in December. As part of the activation process, Socioboard is supposed to send a verification email. I did not receive that email. I made numerous attempts to get in touch with them about this issue. Finally, they responded and said they would look into it. It has been over a month since I made my purchase and I still do not have access to Socioboard. It is nice to see others having a positive experience with the platform but my experience thus far has not been positive. The slow response time also concerns me for future support.
