3) a whitelisted authentication IP allows you use a source application's IP address as the login credentials when the app/website does not support usernames and passwords. We customize the account to recognize and accept the incoming mail that originates from that IP address.

4) Again fair, our apologies. We are clarifying the description on the deal. A) we will offer the whitelisted authentication IP on all 3 plans and there is no deliverability difference between them. B) Generally speaking, a shared IP is great for smaller senders (under 100k/mo) who don’t generate enough mail to build their own sender reputation. The higher the volume, you can build your own reputation and you generally don’t want the email of other senders impacting your reputation and brand.
