May 15, 2024A: Chris- I appreciate the concern you're voicing. The spirit of the AUP is that emails are being properly collected and are opt-in. We do not pre-screen sender's lists or force evidence before lists may be mailed. If constantly monitor and observe whether best practices are being followed to ensure that deliverability/impact on reputation is not poor.
