Q: I'm very interested in SocketLabs as a replacement for Sendgrid to manage WordPress transactional emails.
One feature of Sendgrid we love is the ability to drill into a single domain's email history and see whether a specific email was delivered or not. Example: client says the contact form email never hit her inbox, when in fact we can see it was delivered and opened on a date and time.
Does SocketLabs have this level of reporting? Thanks!!

May 14, 2024A: Thanks for your question. First, we are adding domain level reporting feature within the next week as a matter of fact. Separately, yes we have the ability to see the result of an individual message like you describe, but technically it's not a drill-down within the domain reporting. Hopefully that makes sense.

Was the domain level reporting ever added? If so, could you point me to it? Also, I would love if you added the ability to add the Mailing ID via the WP plugin for each website so we could track each email by where it comes from...
