But after seeing some reviews concerned about the provision process. Is there a way to put an account on hold instead of declining us? Until we can adhere to the requirements otherwise that is a serious issue.

May 15, 2024A: I understand the concern you're voicing. In general, if we see that the mail being sent is of poor quality, we reserve the right to cancel the account. We may choose to suspend it only if it is clear that the account is being hurt by the actions of a single domain. In that case, we'll restore service once the offending domain is removed or corrected.
