Thanks for your reply, I couldn't find any reference to opens and link clicks for SMTP. For me, I get engagement stats for emails sent from within SocketLabs, but not from other email sending software using SMTP. When I send an email using SMTP, I get a stat for email sent, but no stats for opens and clicks.

Note - I have a CNAME set up and all the tracking toggles turned on.

This may help.... under Configuration/Engagement Tracking Settings, is an option to enable Automatic Tracking. This systematically encodes your HTML email messages with the tracking tags required to perform Open and Click tracking. If this option is off, you will need to manually encode your HTML email with special tracking tags. It is recommended that you leave this option on, unless you are very familiar with tracking tags.
