I wanted a white label option to send my emails. I found the design centre appealing.

The first day I sent out 900 emails and it took the system 5 days to deliver them (yes, 5 days). I had an unexpected number of failed emails (19%). Customer service said that my account was not set up properly. They helped me.

I gave it a second try and sent out 230 emails divided into two lists. They were delivered in 14h! I was really concerned that my invitation to an event was going to land in my guests' inbox after the event!

I understand that we need to warm up the IP, but I find this delivery rate unacceptable for such a low email volume. I immediately went back to SendFox - it gets the work done smoothly (I am not an affiliate).
