Suspended/deactivated Account
They suspended my account claiming I didn't verify it. I missed the email they sent with the verification notice and they are unwilling to resolve it. If you don't verify in their expected time period, your account gets terminated, and, as far as that is concerned, that's that.
I can't tell you if their product works, or not, but it is clear their support is customer unfriendly.

May 9, 2024I'm sorry that the account was suspended and for the negative experience. As you mentioned, this is because the account was not verified. We are happy to restore the AppSumo code which would allow you to sign up again.
