Socketlabs firstly helped me in taking the trouble of consolidating my 2 accounts into a single account. Then i am seeing Socketlab as my high school teacher, which simply suspended me for filling the questionnaire incorrectly. Of the 2-3 listed methods of email collection method, seems socketlabs don't like 1 method maybe.
Instead of talking consultative approach to an new customer who hasn't even used your service, it looks pretty harsh and weird to see account getting suspended.
