Q: ask about tier 2
If I have subscribed to Tier 2, which allows for 1,000 pages per month, and I want to use a PDF that is 1,300 pages long, what will happen? Will it simply fail, or will I be able to continue processing the additional 300 pages next month?

At that tier, it will not let you process a PDF that long without upgrading. You can either purchase a page pack or upgrade tiers.
