Yes, once Deep Dive has been done, you can forever access it (unless you delete the chat)

They renew every month -- the specific date is in your Account
oberPLUSHey, I understand your confusion. You can check the usage reset date on the "Account → My Plan & Settings" page. Click on the Info Icon ("i" symbol inside the circle) next to "Current Monthly Usage," and you'll see the reset day
