inne6Q: Performance issue
I had an exam today and to analyze various points, I used Socrates. Overall about 30 files.
And I have to report a huge problem with performance. Chat (online, not local) was running cruelly slow. The first question was OK, but already the next question was stuttering - I had to restart the program. Sometimes after answering, the chat was still thinking. In general, I think I reset the app 30x. I feel as if the chat gets lost when it doesn't find an answer - although sometimes it points to it and there is no problem. Or there is a problem with more files (here about 30). Are you able to investigate the problem with performance?

There was an OpenAI outage today that lasted for about 6 hours. Service looks to be restored now.
You shouldn't need to restart the app. 30 files is not an issue.
If the problem still persists, please send us an email and we will investigate.
At the moment (10 mins ago) I finished my exam (one-hour exam). I will check this on next challenge for a few days :) I hope that will be more stable - but today I really have to restart app, because chat was in "infinity loader state".
