Imagine you and your friends have a big box of books you all need to read. Instead of each friend asking different questions about the books, you all share one talking robot that knows everything in the box. One of your friends teaches the robot how to answer questions in a special way (Q&A) so that when anyone asks, the robot gives the same helpful answers to everyone.
