I already have Tier 1 but I'm thinking of Upgrading the Tier - but I'm concerned if this product will continue or not - as there is no response at all from you for the last 2 months or so on any of the questions here.

Can we get some kind of guarantee that this product will not be dead after some time & will continue to work at least ?
