Hi Jon\u000aI already have Tier 1 but I\u0027m thinking of Upgrading the Tier \u002D but I\u0027m concerned if this product will continue or not \u002D as there is no response at all from you for the last 2 months or so on any of the questions here.\u000a\u000aCan we get some kind of guarantee that this product will not be dead after some time \u0026 will continue to work at least ?\u000a\u000aPlease respond \u0026 give some kind of assurance or clarity.
