What is the use case for shared chat? The difference between tier 3 and 4 is number of shared chat (1 and 5), so what are the limitations?

- Sharing up to 5 chats
Use case for shared chat is if you are working with a team off of a common set of knowledge documents, e.g., a team wiki, everyone can go to the link and query the same set of documents.
