Was loving the program very much until I used it this afternoon to find the 8 documents I uploaded last night are no longer in the interface. I did notice that the "deep dive" function took a very long time which had not happened to me before. Did you guys experience a glitch last night? 03-21-25? Please assure me this is will be looked into. Not only that, the searches I created with deep dive and other features consumed credit allotments. I hope you can make this right.
