I second the last review. I've had some problems with the app crashing when trying to Deep Dive on several documents, but heard nothing from support. I get that not all products live forever, but at just over a year from purchase, if this was the case it would be a bit disappointing.

I think advances in AI have meant this kind of tool has become obsolete already, but if you are someone who supported the early development and things don't work out in a reasonable timeframe, there should be compensation or a refund of sorts? Just be honest about where things are at so that customers know if it is something worth hanging around for or not.
