Q: Support not responding. Why?
Hi, I bought Software Subscriptions since November 14th. I have raised several tickets on the 14th and 15th of November. It's 1st of December and I have received no acknowledgement and no response on any of my tickets. They are 10 to be exact.
Should I come to AppSumo to draw your attention to respond? The app is really buggy and needs several fixes. Looking forward to hearing back asap!
