Having reviewed them, I'm very concerned that you retain the right to terminate access to the platform for any or no reason at all. This is a big red flag to me and makes me very cautious on whether to proceed using your product. I'm a tech lawyer by profession and think this is overkill and too one-sided against those of us who were provided access to this albeit free of charge.
