2. You say you don't have public roadmap and that's a good decision. But I can see in the comments that you are missing the full potential for ideas 6 suggestions people might have, for example: user permissions > good idea, if enough requests > might happen. Why not have a Canny board where people can suggest things and you can hide your process. For example, see how ClickUp is doing it, they have fantastic ideas & feedback, and I think you are missing the free power peeps are willing to give in return of a great product.
