Natasha here. I’m the founder and president of Soundwise. I’ve been an avid producer and consumer of audio content for many years. And when I started selling paid podcasts in 2017, I realized how unnecessarily complicated the whole process was. I wanted to give my listeners an awesome user experience just like what they’d get on Audible or Spotify, and I wanted to have full product control as an independent creator as well. Since the tool I wanted did not exist, I set out to build it.

The purpose of Soundwise is simple— to give independent creators the ultimate freedom to control the destiny of their audio products. Unlike most audio publishing platforms, Soundwise is incredibly flexible. You can use it to deliver any kind of audio programs, from audiobooks to podcast subscriptions to paid membership to private training. We designed our listener mobile app to be as close to a publisher’s own app as possible. And our publishing engine is equipped with a wide range of handy features to make life easy for individual publishers.
