Q: Hi.
Can you expand on the push notifications.
1. Does this show up in the app icon like a badge?
2. Can you push a message to the app but elect not to send an email?
3. Can you segment the push notifications to subgroups. For example. Audiobooks. such as by chapter listened to. Or by each book. Or group of books vice everyone who has any books?
4. Is there a way to automate this. For example, reader hits chapter 22 and automatically gets a push or email? Or end of book, the gets sales push for the next book?
5. Is there a way to automatically notify me if someone finishes the book?

May 15, 2024A: 1. It's similar to a push notification you'd get on a podcast app when new episodes are published.
2. Yes
3. Any notification or group message will be sent to all your subscribers of a soundcast.
4. You can monitor which listener has listened to which episodes, but we do not have a notification for this.
5. Same as the previous question.
