We have our own API, available on our website and we are on Zapier and Integromat.

Ah, I think i misunderstood the questio, my bad.
Emelia is made for drip-email. So you already can build all the sequence inside, you just have to add a "step", 2 days later for example, if you didn't get answer, or a click, or an opening, it is native inside Emelia, and you can add as many step as you want.
