Embedding of the podcast on our website without their brand
2. They should allow us to use a CNAME
Without either of these features, Its like Youtube asking you to pay for uploading videos on their platform. All the users become Soundwise users and everything is their branding. I bought it and realized these issues after.

I understand the desire to have your own branding. I do think it's a bit different than YouTube or Amazon, for that matter. You own the customer relationship. When someone subscribes to your podcast, you get their email address, and you can contact them. With YouTube, and again Amazon, they own the relationship. I understand that it's no whitelabel, but you may find the distinction meaningful.
