Q: This looks great and I am ready to buy!
just need to get clear on these points, please!
1- as a publisher, I can publish content from many authors, does each author get their own admin panel to check analytics and maybe send messages to their subscribers? or will they have access to all subscribers from all shows?
2- I don't have Stripe in my country or any way to get paid online except PayPal. Can I simply add a price tag on the casts but charge my subscribers offline and invite them to join for free with a coupon? (can I add pricing without integrating any payment processor?)
3- is there a demo of how the notification we send to subscribers look like? can we include links to external sites within that notification they get on the app?

May 14, 2024A: 1. They all have access to the same admin panel. They can see analytics for all of the soundcasts published by that account. They have access to all the subscribers, so you may not want to add all your authors as co-admins if you don’t want them to have access to other soundcasts.
2. You would need to connect Stripe in order to display your prices on the platform. You could, however, set your soundcast as private and process your payments elsewhere (eg. your website or some 3rd party payment processor) and use Soundwise for content delivery. After you've been paid, you can add users manually using their e-mail address, redirect them to the signup form or use Zapier and automate the process of enrolling new listeners.
You can read more on integrating with Zapier here: https://mysoundwise.com/blog/post/how-to-connect-soundwise-to-zapier-for-exporting-and-enrolling-new-listeners
You can read more on integrating Soundwise into your existing sales process here: https://mysoundwise.com/blog/post/how-to-integrate-soundwise-into-your-existing-online-sales-process
3. You can send group messages to all your subscribers both in-app and over e-mail. You can include external links in those messages.

Is there a way to give other users just read or view rights, vice full rights? Thinking I want other authors to see theirs but not edit others... if not, is there something in the roadmap that will allow for separate user accounts?
Jeff
We don’t have this feature for limited admin rights. But thanks for your feedback. If this is something more users need, we will consider adding it in the future.

Hi! I would think this would be so powerful to do as stated, where authors can just edit their content and not have access to others. I just purchased! :)
+1 to be able to restrict access for authors. It is an important feature to have & adds value to your product.

+1 for user permissions, it's a must to build transparency (seeing analytics) with authors and privacy at the same time. Takes manual work off from the publisher (taking & sending screenshots about analytics)
