Q: This looks interesting.

Can I use it just as a private hosting platform for my audio files and then embed the audio file on my WordPress based site so that I can it be accessed by any one on my site for free?

In short, can I use it as an alternative 'YoutTube for Audio"

Also, what if I have an Audio file but I want it to use as a Video to upload on YouTube. So, can there be a direct way to convert an audio file into a Soundwave video and then automatically upload it on my YouTube channel?

Thank you.

A: If it's a free audio track, you can play it on your website using any audio player plugin for wordpress. We don't have our own WP player. But there're a lot of WP player plugins out there. You can add your audio track link to the player and embed on your website.

Note that this only applies to public/free audio tracks. If it's a private track, it's protected and listeners can only play them within the container of Soundwise mobile and web interfaces. Because they need to be properly authenticated.

You can create unlimited soundwave videos from your audio track for up to 1 hour each. You'll get the video file that you can upload anywhere. But we do not automatically upload to youtube.

So there's a hard limit on the duration of the audio? Or what do you call it, soundwave video?

Regular audio tracks don't have any limits on our platform. They can be as long as you want. An extra feature on our platform is that you can create soundwave videos from your audio tracks. Those soundwave videos have a length limit of 1 hour. You can read more and see some examples of soundwave videos here: https://mysoundwise.com/wave_video
