I purchased Soundwise LTD. And let's say: I'm generally "not dissatisfied" with it, but it's very underdeveloped and buggy, which made me take two tacos away

Soundview gives content creators/podcasters a platform with modest features. Some of what I like:
* Multiple ways of packaging content (Individual soundcasts and bundles)
* Various content types and options
* Native iOS and Android apps
* Simple analytics
* Ability to convert from other sources (YouTube, RSS)
* Dripping content is a huge plus

Nevertheless, there are *some* problematic matters:
* In just a few hours of using it, I discovered at least 4 dysfunctional features, and countless UX/usability inconveniences. For example: RSS feed not working with me, cannot switch soundcast analytics on mobile, limited set of podcast categories with no 'Other' item, and many other
* Lack of admin mobile application
* Some have complained about the browser recorder quality, but I didn't try yet
* No (at least front end) translation, which is very awkward for a SaaS in 2020!
* Very limited integrations, actually none but Mailchimp, and anything else should use Zapier
* Speaking of Zapier, you need to create a separate Zap for each course/soundcast you want to enroll through, which means you probably can't rely on the free plan
* No option for customizing landing pages content, structure, or branding
* Inability to save Host info for reuse, have to manually enter all the details for every soundcast
* Monetization options are VERY limited. No PayPal integration (yet, though promised with no time frame), no direct WooCommerce/Shopify integration,

Bottom line: This is a modest offer for coaches and content creators, not bad but guys (and don't take it personally) theres still tons of work to be done to deserve your self titled "Leading Platform for Audio Monetization" and "The #1 solution to audios online". I hope that you stand up for their claims and really work hard on improving your product, just then it would worth 5 spicy tacos
