MyMentorQ: Hi, I bought a bundle of codes but I need to redeem them before the deadline.
Can redeem them to one Account, then later re-assign the seats from one account to another within my group when I worked out who will do what in my companies? I can't see how that can be done in the 'Subscription and Billing' section. Please advise, thank you.

If I understood correctly, then you can (and should) stack all of them into the "main" account. The Linked Accounts feature works so that you don't need to worry about seat distribution beforehand - instead all the accounts within your "account group" share the total number seats and they can be reassigned later as needed. This requires that you create the additional accounts from within the "Linked Accounts" view so they are all linked to your email.

Hi, looking into this further, there is no way to add additional members in a linked account. I think there is a potential bug or a missing function in the Linked Account subscription and member management areas. Apart from the 'Owner' there is no option to redeem an AppSumo code. Further to the previous message, please advise how to add additional member(s) to a Linked Account. Thank you.

Hi, as we discussed over email, there was a bug. It incorrectly counted the number of open seats inside a linked account when a team member had previously been removed from the main account.
This issue should now be resolved.
