I was looking for an application that would allow me to track my expense reports. This is really an excellent tool:
- I scan the invoice or expense receipts via my phone.
- If necessary, I send the expense receipts by email, which also works.
- I assign a tag to each scan to link it to the file or customer
- When necessary, I generate a report (I use PDF format, but you can generate them in excel and csv) showing the details of the expenses and attaching each supporting document.

This will help me a lot.
