useful but needs control

Overall, I was impressed with how quickly he can interpret data and put it into the right slice. In my situation I had 30 invoices from 1 company that I wanted to read to get an idea of the income.

Unfortunately, none of the invoices were correct. Usually the amount including VAT was replaced by the amount without VAT. As a result, the VAT percentage was incorrectly indicated. The correct company name was often not entered, sometimes a random name from the description. But also regularly the company name of the person sending the invoice!?
The date was also often wrong, the due date was often entered as the invoice date, which in itself is easy to correct. Occasionally the order dd-mm-yyyy was replaced by mm-dd-yyyy, so pay close attention.

Then the export options. I exported invoices to a CSV file, where I noticed that the amounts use a point as a decimal sign, which is inconvenient, because I work with Euros and then the comma is the correct sign. If I convert the CSV list to Excel, you cannot automatically add the amounts. There really should be a comma in the amount.

If you export directly to Excel format, the amounts will be correct, but the invoice numbers will go wrong. In my case there was a period in the invoice number (2024.0210) and in Excel it became a comma (2024,021) and then your invoice numbering is no longer correct, because a 0 at the end is thrown out.

The VAT percentage in Excel was also an incorrect value (17.3553719008264%) and in CSV it was 17355, while the VAT amounts are correct. Bug?

What was very easy is that you can easily fill in and reuse your own subcategory. That does provide an overview.

I expected that I could indicate per field (payer, date, reference) whether it had been scanned correctly or whether it could be done again automatically. That was not the case. There are green check marks, but I have no idea what they are for. If the company name was incorrect, you will have to fill it in yourself or cut and paste from the PDF next to it.

In short, you must check each invoice carefully and then, if you export to CSV or Excel, also check the format and make corrections.
