Great App. Helpful to layman. not aware of the the legal terms

I took the time to write this because I see some unwarranted reviews. Tacos need to be placed in accordance with what is promised by the offer. NOT your opinion on "Software Utopia".

If you rated this deal because of how you feel about the UI and whether it is suitable for the USA, you are misguided.

THE REALITY: Sparqa infers that it's not perfect - that's why it's FREE!!!!. I have used it and it is great. DESPITE USA LAW, Sparqa provides:

- privacy policies;
- employee handbooks;
- terms of use;
- basic agreements;
- Advice on various areas of business relationships;
- GDPR assistance.

If you don't know how to apply this to USA, CA or anywhere else, then YOU:
a) shouldn't have accepted the FREE offer; and
b) obviously need education in business.

NOT ONLY does it provide legal topics, it also provides great business tips and assistance.

if you are going to beat-down a great product like SPARQA because of your 'personal preferences' then it says more about you than the product.

My personal message to the SPARQA team "Thank you for providing me with a valuable resource to check-out at NO COST. I have a couple of suggestions that I can email to you. I appreciate your system because I have created employment agreement, staff handbook, a privacy policy and a have learned about GDPR and privacy protection - and have implemented that policy into my privacy policy to avoid MASSIVE fines, because I sell to that region also."

I wanted to create Terms of Use. I was asked for company address and that's all. Nothing about registration, account termination, published content polity etc. It even doesn't count it may be sole proprietor and not a company, not talking about "England and Wales" in text. I consider generated doc as an useless. Compare it with other terms of use generators, where you need to answer lots of different questions.

But if you need just to place something to say "we have ToU", maybe this service can work.

I recently tried using this software during the same time I sampled a paid software, and there was such a disparity in the number of documents available for contractors. After going through the agreements in SPARQUA, it seems very basic and doesn't have many forms for versatility. I think once there are additional contracts and agreements added for the individual contractor it may be worth investing in. As of now, I give it a three taco rating.

Just signed up and it looks good, there are hundreds of answers to legal questions broken down into categories. Looking forward to giving the contract builder a go!
