I recently tried using this software during the same time I sampled a paid software, and there was such a disparity in the number of documents available for contractors. After going through the agreements in SPARQUA, it seems very basic and doesn't have many forms for versatility. I think once there are additional contracts and agreements added for the individual contractor it may be worth investing in. As of now, I give it a three taco rating.
