into many marketing/reporting workflow. I do indeed your offer an interesting one as it could help to accelerating my reporting. However it would like to know :
1. Does this tool support custom integrations or custom data sources? We currently have a custom Chatwoot application for customer support and live chat via multiple channels, and Chatwoot does generate its own metrics/reporting of number of engagements, how could I pull these metrics of customer engagements/chats/messages into sparrow charts to show/report our customer support interactions?
2. Would sparrow chart support Sendinblue as a data source?

Right now, we don't support custom integrations, but we're working on it! We're currently working on full CSV support, which means you can upload a CSV file from any platform and visualize the data on our dashboards or sync the data to Google. Someone else had also asked for support for a generic API connector: if you think that's something that could help with your custom integration use case, you can give it an upvote on our ideas board: https://roadmap.sparrowcharts.com/sparrow-c7--?idea=618d599dfa92bf002f0f9dce#/ideas
Whenever an idea gets enough upvotes, we'll move it from the ideas board over to our roadmap (that's what happened with the DataStudio Connector idea 😄)
Sendinblue looks cool; I'll add it to our list of data sources users can upvote on! Every month we take the highest upvoted sources and start integrating them. Next month it will be TikTok and TikTok Ads 👀 Upvoting happens live directly on our /datasources page.
TL;DR:
Custom is not supported yet, but we're working to make it happen 🙌
