Q: Hi Sparrow team, My questions: can you pull in data from data sources into google sheets?

Raw data similar to Supermetrics? I need rows of raw data based on my needs.

And how detailed is the data pull? Example: in other similar tools, Facebook purchase value is only tracked by 7day click instead of 7day click or view.

Thanks!

A: Hi Vuong!

Yes, you can pull in data from your sources directly into Google Sheets, unlike SuperMetrics though, it's not query-based: you simply insert the metric into the cell you want it to exist in and we'll continue to update that cell with the latest value. This ultimately allows you to create more complex models, and doesn't require you to have a page in your spreadsheet with "queries".

The only thing we're limited on right now is the breadth of data, since we try and manually group and normalize the data we pull from our data sources, it takes a little more time to set up than just "pull and show". We're getting a lot faster now though, and are able to quickly add metrics when people request them over support 😄

Hopefully that helps answer your question!
