I had an issue with the AppSumo code working and Braden + the support team at Sparrow were insanely helpful in helping me get up to speed (despite all my pestering). The hallmark of a great product is its excellent support team and leadership that values its users.

Onto the software - I have yet to get knee deep into it, but I've created my first couple of dashboards and automated reporting and WOW what a timesaver + they are just so beautiful to look at compared to GA4. This is extremely helpful for agency owners to cut down their time for creating reports on a regular basis. 5+ tacos for me!
