Length of audio depends on multiple factors like language, speaking rate, pauses used etc.
For ideal cases, in English it is approx. 10 seconds of audio for 150 characters. So for 1M characters it will around 18.5 hours of total audio generation. Please note that it is approx. value.

Just wanted to say having used your product before. This is really good-you have your credit of characters for a small fee and can use forever. The voice selections are excellent as well as the moods you can select.
I bought earlier even though I subscribe to three other services that can do similar. This does one thing and one thing well.
