Why doesn't password reset work?? What's going on?

Has anybody found a decent replacement ? This one worked pretty decent while it was around.

They shut down

I bought the Tier 3 license for lifetime access and the software has been turned off.

How do I get the refund? Is there a good process to follow?

And the ability to graph the wavelength of the voice was a feature that not many AI voices had.

It is an excellent feature compared to other paid services, and I would like to use it as a subscription service instead of a lifetime feature.

I have subscribed and tested other services that have other features, but I was unable to implement the speechki feature, and the voice unity and pitch control values implemented in speechki were not implemented in other services.

I've been waiting the best part of a week and no refund yet.

If a vendor ceases to do business within 12 months of purchase you receive a credit dependent on your membership level. If you are a PLUS member you receive the full 100% in refund credits for everyone else it's a 50% credit. It should already be in your COUPONS & CREDITS section in your account. They are also reviewing that vertical for future deals - apparently. So a devent outcome overall.

I will continue to buy from this site as they uphold their end without a lot of hassle.

Does anyone know how to check if a product purchased in the past was "Select" or not? I cannot see the "Select" information on my invoice.

Kudos to AppSumo for refunding credits as per their policy on AppSumo Select products shut down within 12 months from purchase. Handling these sort of cases with class are why I continue to spend money on the platform.

I will not, however, forget the names of these founders - who obviously thought it clever to use Speechki as a decoy to drain capital on AppSumo, shut the service down, and reinvest that money into Audioland. Y'all ain't slick, and I hope someone more ambitious than me investigates further and pursues legal action.

In case anyone wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, remember that if their intentions were ever good, they COULD have offered Sumolings free LTD access to Audioland that they are all conveniently co-founders of together as well. But nah, we got an email saying "Sorry, we're shutting down in 24 hours. Thanks for your money" (paraphrased). Do better.

I was using SpeechKi for this before they decided to rob the bank and runaway with our money. They robbed so many people that a lawsuit may actually be a very good action. Contrary to others, I don't think AppSumo solved anything. They went along with the song. The fact that AppSumo allows this to happens shows they can't be trusted for anything. Why should I spend any money with Appsumo when they allow any company to runaway with it? I can just create an app here, offer poneys and trips to France for a lifetime deal, and then runaway with the money, just like that. What kind of world is this? Clown world? The people who did need to have their bank accounts investigated by the IRS, and end up in jail until they pay for everything. Appsumo is liable too. Offering me credits? What do I do with your credits? Invest in another scam? Pay me back my money? Or buy SpeechKi, or put Speechki in the market for someone else to own it, while maintaining the users. Since when is finances an excuse to close an app? What a scam! You all made a lot of money from this, and now you throw pennies to the fools as if that solved the problem.

Where is the alternative AppSumo? Where is the app you can migrate users to for free? Where is the money? Credits? What do I do with your credits? There isn't anything here worth anything.

I could only forget all this if Appsumo offered a REAL answer, you know, those things that adults do when they take responsibility. AppSumo should offer a free alternative with voice cloning and transfer accounts there, instead of trowing scrappers in the form of tokens like we are all morons.

Where you find their name, write what they do, so they know how a bad reputation will cut them off from future investments. I am also in to filling a lawsuit against them for Fraud because that's what they did. You just don't promise heaven and the moon and sell a fake product that doesn't exist. That's what those scammers do in the street when you pay for a smartphone and they give you an empty box. This is the exact same trick.

I sent the email as soon as I received the email from Speechki, but so far nothing, I bought Tier 3. I really want to know how they are dealing with this.
