1. if my brand has 2 IG accounts/2 youtube accounts for the same brand with slightly different target audience location, do i need to separate them into 2 brands? or can 1 brand have several accounts for the same platform?
2. is your tool like manychat where I can have a trigger comment phrase that can automatically DM the person who comments on my posts?
3. if i have a campaign with several IG posts, do i need to set up the trigger word repeatedly? can 1 trigger be used across multiple posts?
4. can the AI decide when to respond+only respond when necessary?
5. work for incoming DM's as well as comments on posts? can it auto-block spammers on my behalf? (I get tons of spam DMs)
6. can AI craft its own response? do i need to pre-input canned responses?
7. can i set it to draft responses but hold until i approve esp initially?

So if you have multiple IG accounts, you would need to create separate brands.\u000a\u000a2. Yes you can send DMs to users based on trigger comment phrases on your posts or ads. We offer a lot of smart automations based on comments, sentiment, tags, ...\u000a\u000a3. Yes you can set up the trigger however you like \u002D even based on plattform, post IDs, ... \u002D\u003E so you can do it however you prefer.\u000a\u000a4. You can setup the trigger based on tags. eg. only send DM when \u0022tag \u003D buying interest\u0022 or other tags.\u000a\u000a5. We are building inbox DM automations at the moment \u002D so this is not yet released.\u000a\u000a6. This is our main benefit. Our AI generates 3 answers how it would respond to incoming comments.
