Here is my situation, I have sites (WordPress for the most part), if I understand correctly, just by entering their URL from the "Uptime" menu (no need for integration?), my sites are monitored, but what do they correspond to? the "Get" and "Post" options?
Also, if I have always understood correctly, the incidents noted are not automatically displayed on the status page?

The way you set up is correct - you add your website for uptime check and will get an alert if the website is down. The incidents are not automatically displayed on the status page right now, but we plan to have such integration in the future.
