We work with CRM Pipedrive and CloudTalk as telephone system. Is this app able to listen on the calls we conduct using CloudTalk? If not, please be as simple as possible to explain how this works, what are the apps that it takes the info from (telephone, video,…) and how this is integrated into Pipedrive. And the most important of all: if it works in SPANISH!!! Thanks

May 15, 2024A: 1. Unfortunately, it's not possible to automatically analyze your phone calls via Cloud Talk. However, you can manually upload audio files saved in the following formats (audio/mpeg, audio/mp3, audio/wav, audio/m4a, audio/vnd.wave, audio/mp4) to the Spiky platform for analysis.
2. The working principle of Spiky is as follows: When you connect your calendar, Spiky's online meeting analysis bot Spiky Scribe automatically joins your meetings held on Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, and Google Meets and provides analyses on the platform after your meetings have ended.
3. Currently, for Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, and Google Meets meetings, automatic analysis is supported. For meetings held on different video conferencing tools or phone systems, you can manually analyze files saved to your device.
4. CRM integration works in both directions, allowing you to pull deal information from CRM and associate it with your meetings. It also enables you to send meeting summaries and notes to the relevant deal in CRM.
