Really a great alternative to read.ai

I rarely write reviews, but Spiky and their team truly deserve one. I am really enjoying using Spiky for my clients meetings, and the analysis it does is pretty accurate.
I have recently started using Sessions instead of Zoom, and I really hope that they can integrate Sessions with Spiky as soon as possible. Thanks!

I love Spiky!!

App is really good. Yes its still in early days but it look prominent. I purchased tier 3 and after just 24 hours I upgraded to tier 4.

Pros
- Readymade transcript of the calls. No need to write your notes and confirm with collegues or trying to remember what was discussed 3 months ago on a call.
- It catches questions, next steps. Good to get it readymade.
- You can see who speaks what, how much, what is their talking tone, talking ratio, question ratio, etc. Good information to have.
- you get nice email after the call is over, which has readymade summery of call and few statistics to judge the success of the call.
What can be improved
- We need folders in "meetings" to keep meetings under folders of projects, client, etc. Imagine using this system for 3 months, there will be tons of call and recordings. It will be difficult to manage them if there is no folder structure. Please implement it asap.
- Graphs of attention, emotions can be improved. need filters of users.
- UI UX can be improved. Right now it look a bit overwhelmed.
- spiky score calculations can be improved.

Well I recommend this product for sure. This product will grow. They have good investors, so they must be having a good team. Its not perfect right now, but you can take benefits for sure.

To help you with the "folder" aspect, we support tagging. On the meeting list page, you can click the "+ new tag" button to categorize your meetings based on whatever you need. You can then filter based on these tags.

Spiky Analytics ROCKS!!

5 Tacos for Spiky!

The first thing I'd like to point out is Spiky's customer service. I have NEVER had the opportunity to be greeted by a customer service representative that has contacted me to walk me through the portal that made me navigate through the dashboard confidently. Learning were to search for specific analytics for my calls was a game changer. I can see all my transcripts, request feedback for over 11 different call types (sales, customer services, board and even one on one) meetings.

Biggest PLUS was being able to create snippets of the best parts of a call to add to the academy that can benefit staff onboarding calls for different departments like what to do and not do on a call. I also have a CRM where I can download the calls and upload them into Spiky to get feedback.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and am planning to add the rest of the team to Spiky.
